Company PresentationsFor when you need to take your presentation further than just the room you’re in. We can include your laptop in the live video feed as well as for the in-person audience and use your company branding to make your stream your own. Lapel or handheld radio mics are available at your preference and presentation recordings can be provided.

Large-Scale Zoom callsManaging a large-volume conference call is a specific challenge all to itself. We’ve all been in calls which are just a mess of interrupted speakers and badly timed production.
At Stream Craft we have also been frustrated by this and have programmed our own systems to successfully manage these events and allow us to very quickly spotlight speakers, mute and unmute participants, and incorporate video playback if necessary. No mess. |

We're always improving how we do things around here and we've been working hard putting together a completely private, self-hosted solution for event live-streaming. It is a cloud based solution with a friendly, easy-to-use video player which can be embedded into a dedicated website which we can provide for you. Alternatively you can embed the player on your own site if you have access to the code.
Our system really gives your event a look of professionalism as you can now get off YouTube and the other usual suspects. Plus, if you regularly do events, we can provide you with a beautiful new home for your audience, free from the interference of social media!

We prepare and plan for our live-streamed events meticulously to ensure everything goes without a hitch on the day. We have checklists of checklists (!) and always have backups for every stage of the process. Working with you we make sure every detail is taken care of and we used to adapting to changes right up to the last minute.

To ensure delivery of a stable live-stream we use a mixture of software and hardware data encoders. We always speed test the internet line at the venue so we can put out the best possible quality streamed video whilst staying within the limits of the system. (Using mobile data is a possibility in some locations)
